How Does It Work?
Registered teams attended a kick-off party on February 12 where they received a Theme, a Line of Dialogue and a Prop and then had exactly 48 hours to write a script, find locations, gather their actors and actresses, shoot/edit their 1-5 minute film and then turn it in before the 48 hour deadline.
An exhausting but incredibly fun and worthwhile weekend! And the A3F puts on the best festival in the southwest, we have teams from Arizona, Southern California, Nevada and Texas compete in our events and we do everything we can to put the filmmakers first!
A Tribute to Brock H. Brown
Minus Mitchell celebrates winning the inaugural Brock H. Brown Best Script Award with Brock's father and brother and to a standing ovation by the appreciative audience.
