How Does It Work?

Majerle's in downtown Phoenix on Friday, Oct. 10 (or online). Teams will then have the next 3 days to write a script, gather cast and crew, find locations, shoot and edit their film, and turn it in 72 hours later. An absolute adrenalin rush for sure!
Top 20 Public Screening Tickets
The
Top 20 Films will premier on October 23 at 7:30p.m. at AMC Arizona Center 24 Theatres in downtown Phoenix. Tickets are
$8.00 each and will be available at
Will Call on the evening of the 23rd.

Why 72 hours?
We like to mix it up a bit! Our annual
48 Hour Challenges are some of the largest in the world. Our inaugural
24 Hour Challenge last fall was a huge hit with 47 teams. So why not give the teams one extra day to improve their films? Or for some of you ... one more day to procrastinate!
Who May Enter?
The challenge is open to amateurs, students, video hobbyists, filmmakers, and professionals alike. All you need is the desire to make a film in just 72 hours (and maybe a supply of coffee as well). Simply form a team (no limit on size), assign a team leader and then register.
