A3F Heroes & Villains All-Star Challenge
The most original and entertaining film event to hit the southwest premiered October 22, 2009. Ten teams from past A3F Challenges put everything on the line for this very special 72 Hour All-Star Festival.

Challenge Background
The All-Star Filmmakers randomly selected a character, either a hero or a villain, on October 2 at a special pre-challenge event. They had one week to bring their character to life through casting, costume design, settings, props and locations. On October 9 at the combined One-Shot and Heroes & Villains Kickoff Party, the All-Star teams were given a Theme, a Prop and a Line of Dialogue and had exactly 72 hours to make a 6-10 minute film.
Guidelines
The theme: Remorse, prop: a Liquid that a character spills onto him/herself or onto another character and the line of dialogue: "Next time, things will be different."
